Its 15 years old so I'd get a good home mech to check the wiring to the motor and the motor itself. Then see if its just frozen up for some reason.

Have the IAC (idle air control) valve checked or replaced. This unit controls airflow throught the intake-engine when the gas pedal isn't pressed!!

Check codes. More than likely you will come up with the shift solenoid. This commonly effects the o/d and the transmission seems like it wont shift. It is just not receiving the right signal from the computer when its time to shift. When taking off from a stop try this, once you stop put the car in "low" when you take off, slowly shift into 2nd, somewhere near 1800 rpm and 2000 you will shift into drive. Car may jerk since it needs to be precise. But if you do not have this same problem when manually shifting the car like this, then most likely it is the shift solenoid. I am not sure about your year but I do believe you have to drop the trans pan to change this solenoid. By the way, you put the gear in low at take off because low is not connected to the computer. So you are tricking it.

see if you can get the codes read from your ECM, sounds like some sort of reset fault in the computer

There isn't a fuse. Clocks are very low voltage and ampere draw. Access the plug. Pull it and replace it(corrosion). If it starts working agian, you are good to go. Otherwise replace the clock module.

Sounds like a major vacuum leak on that side of the engine. Could be vacuum lines, a cracked plenum, or bad plenum gasket.

Have you tried checking the ground cables? They could be loose or damaged, and have a weak connection. It is also possible the battery is faulty. Hopefully you have a warranty?!? alternator or associated wiring suspect... test for 14.4 volts at battery when all is hooked up proper and running.. if less replace alternator or diagnose further the wiring to and from alternator

The idle control valve or motor may have a malfunction or the air passage it controls may be partially blocked.

They are located on each head if im not mistaken on the corner near the air intake boot that goes to air filter. The cylinder head close to the radiator is 2 4 6.

Probably the stick that control your transmission has moved. It's not sync. I recommend that you take it to a specialist.
