nice anon double post. so there is no camshaft sensor light on,! (typo?) why not post a photo of that so we can all laugh. my guess is its a typo, you meant my check engine light is on. that? RUNNING? and does it run, ok, (other shoe drops) yes, that means to scan the pCM the CAT is bad if the PCM tells you its bad. (p042x) means its bad. (the smog station will fail it for that. or CEL on running) or if the engine wont start and CAT melted closed, and the back pressure to it is over 2psi. (easy test) or the vacuum test fails, cranking or idling if it starts at all. if the vacuum is near zero cranking ,ONE cause is melted cat. easy tests all, but is guessing....(BAD THAT) why not post The full symptoms, not just easter egg hunts...and such. AND NOT post anon, so we can see you do many posts and form full ideas of all problems posted, (continuity of facts) WJ 03 jeep what light , again, here is your cluster, what lamp again????? that lamp is CEL, not Cam. (apples and oranges diffr) (aka, MIL & SES) See icon is engine shaped? or did you scan the PCM (good idea for sure) did you get P03xx errors (called DTC's) and the book says cam? please say what object showed you CAM? we cant guess that. say it please.....

immoblizer or alarm>? it does each keyon, by design...but... pull battery neg lug. for 5min put back. its fully reset. Probably not fuse but more likely switch or wiring. If failure occurs from switch in driver's door, try switch in the door where window is not working. If it works from there, driver's switch is bad or wiring in door hinge area has a break which comes and goes.

Could be a faulty starter or bad connection between the battery and starter. You could use a meter to check for voltage at the starter but it will not show resistance in the cables.

Fuel pumps are mounted inside the fuel tank. If you have a tow hitch, it will have to be removed. I believe the rear bumper has to come off as well. Lots of little things need to be done. A good shop should be able to do in in a few hours.

On the "a" pillar, or on the edge of the door, there should be a sticker indicating the original tire size. If you change to another size other than the correct size, you will confuse your processor and could cause transmission fault codes. The gear ratio is dedicated to the load geometry for tire size and speed algorithm. Good luck.

did you reset the codes first after new parts>??????????? misfire #3 and 6( repeats) that is because misfire has 3 causes. those codes really mean , Low combustion energy.!!! and that is: 1: spark bad, ? 2: fueling wrong to those 2. (injectors or vacuum leaks) 3: compression weak on those 2.? see? the ECU measures the velocity of the crank shaft, (not speed) rate of velocity, and those codes, mean its slow. too slow means its. weak combustion. only new plugs and coil. so.... i do compression first. just hate chasing my tail. then check for no vacuum leaks near #3 and 6 (injector base gaskets) then do a injector balance test with my pressure gauge. the injectors can be clogged, , partial clogged or leak fuel. they can leak air at the base. i check plenum vacuum too for 19" Hg vacuum steady never bouncing. if it bounces head valves, bad, or ?

we cant drive car, so jerking is not clear to a non driver. see>? first off , ill guess there is no odd noises. and that means jerking can be 2 things (sure more but) engine jerks, does it only? or transmission slips then stops slipping resulting in a jerk. get it serviced, with persons that can drive and experience this live.

Check the wiring from the sensor connector, back to the computer. Once you find 5V the break in the line will be between the last two points you checked.

well that is battery volts. but id never trust that dash meter, i use a real meter, to see if the dash gauge is fibbing. see? if it is, then we work the meter. or data to it. if the battery varies, then the alternator system is malfing, if the battery does not vary, but the cig lighter port varies, that is wiring issues, fluctuations if real? is battery is doing that or the wiring. from it. has voltage drops. (bad wiring) along the way. if all is good, in wiring at battery , at cig and dash, then the gauge is bad or the PCM is sending bad data to cluster computer. first is to scan it, scan the pcm. got DTC errors?

Code 403 is a problem with the EGR valve. You'll need to get the flow chart to run the tests for that code to find the problem. I would suggest a shop manual.

Your pcm is picking up a signal that it is not detecting a signal from your cam sensor. Have it replaced. Car will not start without it.

Most probably the blower motor resistor is bad.

Car won't start. (or runs really really bad). Quick test is using oscilloscope to see the pattern coming off the sensor while you attempt to crank the engine.
