I havent been having any problems but when I try
You should have a switch on the clutch pedal under the dash. easy to test,,,just jump across it and see if it starts (only with trans in neutral and your foot on the clutch because it can start in gear when jumped) You also have a relay in the power distribution center and a fuse as well. Relay test is simple...most of the relays are the same so just swap positions. You should also check to make sure power is getting to the starter...12v at main connection and 12v at the small connection with the key turned to the start position (again in neutral and at least have the brake on) If you have power at the starter, likely it has failed. Don't forget...ignition switch needs to be working as well.

In most 4x4's low range is used so infrequently that it binds up. Hopefully a linkage rod slid out of adjustment or came off and you can re-adjust or re - connect it. The setup in my cherokee is pretty much the same as yours and it tends to bind going into low (there is nothing else wrong with it though). One of mine (also a 93) actually refuses to engage unless you turn the engine off and then select that gear and is likely due to internal transfer case wear.(hey...it's old!!) On some I've worked on, just spraying everything down with wd40 and working the lever back and forth is enough to free up the linkage. One thing you don't want to do is pull really hard on the lever...that's when you break stuff!!!

Clutch is loose at pedal. will not go in gear. Is
Check the linkage under the dash to make sure it's not broken, then check the clutch master cylinder (on the firewall next to the master cylinder on the fender side) If it's low there is a leak, usually from the back of the master or at the slave on the bellhousing. (sometimes you can see the master leak under the dash where the rod goes in) The system is "sealed" like your brakes so any leaks must be repaired or the problem will continue even if you bleed it. Bleeding is done at the slave cylinder and the same method (hold pedal down open bleeder, close valve till there's no more air)
Usually a clutch slips noticeably before failing and since you did not mention that check what I said.

The whole circuit board on
So you are assuming the board is bad.....Jeep gauge clusters are notorious for problems at the plug behind the board. Sometimes you can get it working just by giving the dash a good whack with your hand right above the gauges.(not kidding) If that works, best thing to do is remove the cluster and spray contact cleaner on the pins and contacts.. In extreme cases you can slightly twist the pins very slightly to make them fit tighter. (last resort).

Need to replace fuel pump-how
on the fuel rail there is a schrader valve(like on your tires) with a cap over it, use a rag to sop up fuel as you bleed it off...

1993 wrangler - engine stops
Hi!!
Your vehicle has a recall from the manufacturer, Jeep Owner's have complained that their vehicle starts acting up and then suddenly everything seems ok, but then when they least expect it, the vehicle dies. Some time starts right up and other you have to wait 20-30 min. to start it up. People starts replacing all kinds of ignition and fuel system parts but the problem does not go away. Click on the following link to find out more about it. Although this TSB was originally issued for newer vehicles, it has been extended for older vehicles as well. Jeep owners can contact Chrysler about the stalling problems at 1-800-992-1997 (Recall)
Or NHTSA at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153).

and then find and read under "NEWS", other links about other recall info
You are lucky to find about this before spending a few hundred dollars on parts not needed.
Good Luck! Don't forget to rate this post!!!

Replaced clutch with new clutch kit, but clutch
Well, two possibilities. Clutch adjustment, or broken/bent parts. or #2
hydraulic issue (if yours is this type): prebleed master cylinder and then do not let it run dry again, or start over

I can't shift into any
First place you need to look is at the clutch master cylinder on the firewall next to the brake MC. Ifg it's empty then re-fill it and s5tart to look for a leak. It is a sealed system exactly like your brake, therefore any fluid loss indicates a leak. Check on the firewall under the master, where the clutch pedal rod goes into the cylinder under the dashboard (inside the car). Check the line to the slave unit and the slave. It helps to have someone pump the clutch pedal to make any leak more obvious. If you find the leak, replace the part that is leaking. If it appears not to be leaking, replace the master as it can internally bypass and not build pressure.
Bleed valve is located on the slave. Bleed as you would a brake.
Some slave units are part of the throwout bearing...if so, to replace it, the transmission needs to be removed. but bleed valve should be on a line right near the pressure line going into the bellhousing.

Slips out of 2nd gear
this may be due to worn shifter not putting it into gear enough or worn tranycingros, the shfiter would need to be removed to check shifter bushings and then go from there.
