aluminum radiator plastic top and base seal tanks held in with crimps on aluminum radiator find a local radiator shop to replace top seal and top plastic part of that radiator not as expensive as a new radiator replace the thermostat pressure is too much on that crack for any diy repair product pop off hose at the wrong time =cook the motor

Could be the alternator . A Battery store could test your car's battery and alternator to determine if the alternator is working correctly and that the cars battery is ok as well.

the exhaust path there must be clear end to end, its NOT air that is EGR fail for exh. flow, for EGR only. which engine, ????? no 2 engines made use the same flow. so..........????????

why ask us, we cant see what you have there. no engine, stated, some engine have high output alternator (60 or 75amp) why not take it to the autostore, like all do and ask them to match what was there, what I do is look here, (usa cars) its free. you see them all, aftermarket parts. then see what matches yours, and makers then see p/n , do you own research, what does interchange mean, do you mean years used or all cars its used on,, if yes, them find yours below. say a delco, then go to delco dot come online ecatalog and look up that answer, there, its there, for sure. as is all makers, ecats. Code 201 means there is a problem with the circuit for injector one. It could be the injector or in the wiring back to the computer.

swaps are the most complex topic on cars, near infinite possibles. my guess is OE fit. (stock for stock) all transmission match engine power rating and some have same box but run special clutch (bigger) you never said what engine, so cant really answer... right. after all the bell housing flange shapes dictate fit. there. and what clutch works there.... 1996 had what. That's because they're all on eBay. More transmissions then you'll ever need. Get in contact with truck shops in rural areas. Or hang wanted fliers in your local autopart stores. I bet someone has one rotting in his backyard he wishes would go away but dosent know you want it.

Is the timing belt okay? Fuel? Oil level? Did it make any noise when it died? Smoke?Some good info on Troopers stalling here...Could be EGR, wiring harness break or too much oil coming into the intake from the PCV. NO CRANK. 96 USA car,(are my answers) check all fuses 1st ! C1 and FL1 and FL3 fuses good? 4wd ? or 2wd. auto or stick shift? which engine? size? and cyl count....??????? 2.6 or 3.2liters? wiring varies by engine type, so i guess more.... Does it crank ok with jumper cables (?) to a running donor car? can be lots of things, gee the IMMO light in the dash is clear. is it glowing? (the operators guide covers that.) is this a USA car or Canada? some are different. got a voltmeter even a $10 walfart meter works perfect. or do you want to gue$$ and go broke fast. its your cash but/?....... 3.2 v6 shows no IMMO pins on the PCM...... so...?? in 1996

1. battery dead, or discharges or terminals at 4 ends bad on cables.
2. Fuses good.?
3. turn key does CEL lamp glow?(cluster) if not , its not going to start with a dead ECU.
4. no is the IMMO lamp glowing.
5. key to start, (crank pos) silent.? now shift to Neutral like the the operators guide shows, cranks now? (a/t trans and no trans stated, so.... i guess away at what is there......
6. does the starter relay close cranking, if not, work back from that and dont blame the starter, motor. fuse C1 runs this relay. is C1 good. or FL1 or FL2 fuse blows,
7. ill now show the schematic (wild guessing engine and transmission..!!!)

this is the cranking path, (good starter and battery and cables) the top of the drawing is the main power 12v feed from FL1 and FL2 fuses. (mains) then you turn the switch to start and 12v goes to fuse C1. got that? then to the a/t box PRNDL switch. and in park or neutral the 12vcc passes (10 to 12.6) cranking, or more if starter dead. goes to the starer relay. the relay closes. does it? if not it will never ever crank the starter. if you have manual trans, the part in ? below is a clutch switch (pedaL ) NO ANTIHEIFT OPTION. the bottom of the coil in starter relay is grounded. full time. if you have antitheft option the Antitheift module makes up that ground. if happy. so if the pin 5 on relay is 12vdc(dead relay) then the IMMO is unhappy. good luck fixing that..... if IMMO not happy, we then try both keys, lost your spare? oops..... one voltmeter and 15min work , or 10 less if IMMO lamp glows or flashes. does it? my post assumes, all things can fail, lacking, good input on dash lamps....

so you want used parts off other cars to fit. well all wrecking yards, can answer that. we have Hollander data base. Could be the ignition switch itself. or if you have a theft deterrent processor signal light then, the key won't work .

cold slips. can be, clogged filter. cold AFT will not flow well in any clogged filter. if lucky this can be it. do not let it slip or the clutch packs burn to a crisp fast ! get a full flush and filter. and cross fingers. ill assume the ATF levels is no low or too high. right> do not guess at method or guess AFT types. ask. or read the operators guide, in the glove box. if not lost, if lost buy one?

depend on motor size but any hardcast bolt with lockn nut should work... ace hardware or lowes has a isle of harded cast bolts and nuts
