By "fire," I assume you may mean SPARK. If the spark is weak, replace the coil pack.

Fan not working. Check connection under vehicle. Very common connection is bad. Are has been pulled loose from someone hanging a droplight on it while changing oil or working under PT. Run a hot wire directly to fan to check high side and low side operation. If operating and connection is good. Check temp sensor located by radiator fill cap not overflow. Has a single wire. Relay is in fuse box under hood. The fan connection can be cleaned and will work for a while. But I have found it comes loose in a short amount of time. I just cut the connector off and install aftermarket. There is a lot of over heating problems with PT.

Blocked radiator, have it serviced.

Buying a Chilton/Haynes repair manual for your make/model/year would be one of the best investments you could make. It will tell you where the EGR valve is and how to replace it. These repair manuals also have the diagnostic codes. Your vehicle would use the OBD-II code reader.

There can be bad connections or broken wires in the system. A defect switch or relays. Just pick up the multi meter and check the voltage from connector to connector to see where you still have and where not. That's how I search the culprit.

To much oil in the transmission ( auto)will cause frothing of the oil and overheating problems, along with slipping and changes problems If you filled it through a dip stick tube then find a shop that has an oil syringe ( probably an auto transmission shop) and place a tube down the dip stick tube and suck out the excess oil failing that you can remove a transmission cooler line from the side of the transmission and let it drain out

A Chilton/Haynes repair manual that covers your make.model/year has the electrical schematic that covers this. In the instructions for starter R&R it will tell you what color wire go where.

sounds like relay problems or bad connections in fuse box,check relays,then check fuse behind radio,check for voltage at doors.

G202&G203 are grounds if I knew what you are trying to fix it would be more helpful the power side of G202 uses fuses #5&9 for the airbag system G203 uses fuses #7,10,&20 for several interior components fuse block for #5,7,9,10 left of dash interior and power distribution under hood behind battery for#20

Sounds as though you may well have water condensation in your fuel lines that froze. Bummer. Or your fuel pump failed due to same type of freeze, or was on it's last legs before the final insult.

Get your hand on a Chilton/Haynes repair manual that covers this vehicle. It will lead you through the process. The book is available at parts stores and Walmart. Or eBay if you're lucky.

Fuses are usually labeled in the fuse block. If not, just check them all. Easy if you have the little plastic removal tool.

Are you saying you have installed a new sensor three times? Are you buying "counterfeit" sensors? Looks like a lot of people have similar problems. I googled your problem here is a group that probably has a fix. One said he got sensor from dealer, no more problems! I'd get a genuine Mopar one from a lightly used car in the DIY salvage yards.

To try and clear it, disconnect the battery, cycle the ignition a couple times , and also hit your brake pedal That will drain any residual power left in the system. Reconnect the battery after about 5 minutes, and start the car. Let it run for a bit, shut it off and then pull codes again. The 700 code may be transmission-related. This might be a glitch too, but look for any other codes after you get past the first 2.
