2000 Chrysler 300M V6 with 150k miles started giving a clacking noise from the engine area after getting an oil change from Jiffy Lube. I was less than 2 miles from their shop when it started clackin

Sounds like your valve lifters. It's possible that they drained the oil and never refilled it. This does happen when they go on break or lunch half way through a job. They think they added the oil, but did not. Out you go, Mr. Clack-Clack.

2000 Chrysler 300 M overheating every couple days

Some of those models the fans turn off at a set speed . (35 mph or so) If the radiator is not in perfect condition the car can over heat. Just not enough cooling ability in the radiator.

My parking brake light won't turn off and this is

If you never us it the cables will rust thus when you apply the brake then release it it wont release all the way.try holding the release and pulling the pedal up by hand while the release is pulled

Cranks over but no start

Do you have spark? Have you tried a couple of shots of carb spray into the intake while cranking the engine over? Have you checked to see if the timing belt is turning the cams?
