Rough idle, several fault codes

Take off the EGR valve and cover the connector with something water proof. get yourself some spray on oven cleaner and coat that sucker inside and out... wait awhile and hose it off. make sure the valve actuator can move freely and get a new gasket and put it back in, reconnect the wire connector and away we go!

Is there more then one location for the power antenna fuse

It isn't a fuse, it is a circuit breaker, cb23--20 amp in junction block. I don't have exact location? Maybe behind glove-box?

Power distribution issue?

Bad fuse box or power center. The reason you have difficulty steering is power steering pump is not coming on. The abs and air bag light are on because of a fault in system. Windows don't work because of no power going to system with all this happened at one time a bad fuse box is most likely the cause

Power antenna stopped working, can't locate fuse or relay. do you know where they are?

It's a circuit breaker in the under hood junction block , circuit breaker #23 20 amp , Where is your antenna ,can you get at it ? Check for power at the antenna .The red wire, there is also a dark green with red stripe wirer . This is from the radio ,control signal to raise the antenna . Also check fuse H a 30 amp fuse in the under hood power distribution center .

My 1995 chrysler new yorker wont start. i turn key and get nothing. battery is charged and starter does not crank.

If the dash lights up, but no crank, it could be the anti-theft system, or the neutral safety switch, among other things. Have you tried cranking it in neutral ? Do you have power at the starter post ? Does everything else work when you turn the key on ?

95 chrysler new yorker, car starts for 2 to 3 seconds and stalls, headlights flash off and on and turning signals flash, how do i fix it?

I owned a LHS and 94 New yorker both cars did this, have the door locks checked for a loose wire for the alarm system, something is telling the security system there is a breach, you must lock the doors, shut the door and then open the car door by unlocking it with the key or it will continue to do this. Mine had loose wires and the door lock would not sense the key so I used the passenger door in the same way I described above. IT will NOT Start and run if this is an issue until the alarm is reset by doing as I described. Good luck BTW both cars suffered from failing transmissions, very weak trans in these cars.

Wires get burned under intake and blows the fan fuse it only blows when it gets half way hot on the gauge

Some cars have two radiator temp sensors. one for a/c and one for not. Is it possible that when the a/c is on everthing is fine, and when not things go wrong?. Also some cars have two fans for the same problem. It could be either one.

Replace a fuel pump

On most vehicles anymore the fuel pump is within the gas tank. You will have to look this up and the fastest way is to ask autozone. They will tell you right away if your pump is on the engine or the gas tank.

How to set the timing on a 1995 chrysler new yorker

There is no way to set the timing on this vehicle. Everything is computer controlled. The timing is controlled by readings from a combination sensors on the engine. The main sensor responsible for the timing is the CAM Position Sensor. This isn't the only sensor, just the main one. It is found on the top front of the engine, right near the coolant thermostat housing.
