check motor and or trans mounts for lots of movement when putting into reverse (2 people)

underneath the vehicle, passenger side,just in front of rear tyre , silver and about 3 inch's long with a pipe at each end

Disconnect the alarm system and see if you still have the same trouble

That means you need a new injector.

You can order one through your local Caddillac dealer. Or you maybe able to find a used one availabe through ebay-motors

on top of transmission you can see the shifter cable remove it from lever. Try to move lever freely try to move the shifter if it stuck again could be cable or transmission internal hope it helps

replace the turn signal flasher very common it is underneath the driver side of dash find it by hearing and touching the clicking sound it makes when turned on

get a new mechanic

sounds like possibly your slave cylinder is bad, make sure your resovoir is full of fluid, and possibly try to bleed the clutch, service manual says cycle pedal 10 times and hold down while someone cracks bleeder loose at hose by trans bellhousing, these also had an automatic self adjusting clutch/system which could be you are at your max adjustment and might need new clutch, $$$ this is a major job on a cts.. good luck

You can jut try taking the possitive off the battery for a second and then putting it back on if that trick doesnt work then youll probably need to take it to the garage to have them reset it
