Not fun! easier on a lift! disconnect the battery, remove the serp. belt (drive belt) remove the square inspection plate and the inner fender and then you remove the 3 bolts wiggle it out then reverse to install. REMEMBER THE PATTERN OF THE BELT IF NOT BROKEN OFF!

could be the window motor. carefully remove door panel. Check the wires to see that they are not broken or pulled loose. if that looks ok unplug the connectors and remove and replace the motor. its easy and I got mine at a junk yard for under $10's

Because improper use of refrigerants, polute the atmosphere and hardly anyone has A/C training and the proper equipment to work on automobiles, I only recommend ,you take it to a repair shop.
Some people here will help you, but when you lack auto technology and refrigerant knowledge, any help you get will not be of much use. It is a steep learning curve, to work on todays high tech vehicles

you have to disconect the hose from the reservoir and open the cap i use a baby bottle cleaner to clean it out

The body fuse is probably open(blown) The fuse paels are under the hood drivers side another fuse panel is under the rear seat (deivers side) both panels on the inside cver identfy what fuse is for some chargers may blow this body fuse you may have to get a adapter to plug into the lighter then plug phone charger into adapter

This is either an out of phase issue or a temperature control blend door or blend door motor actuator problem, it can also be the climate control module in the dash, 1st try disconnecting the battery for 5 min's to re-sync the climate control module, if this fails u will need to find out what blend door is the problem or if they are ok replace the automatic climate control module in the dash

use only a socket or if you have space use a ring spanner.NEVER use open ended spanners on any nut/bolt.except to stop it turning.....

first thing to check would be the serpentine belt..if its worn it could be slipping and not fully charging the battery. Next i would take both the cables off and clean up the connections with a wire brush to insure good contact then after running the car around town awhile stop and check with a voltmeter and measure the battery.. if its good it will read 12.5v anything lower than this makes the battery suspect and if the battery is over three years old and reading low voltage it is bad and will need to be replaced.you can also check to see if your cars alternator is charging the battery...turn on and you clips to hold in place the meter to the battery and then raise the idle to about 2000 to 3000 rpm and watch the voltage it will rise up quickly to maybe from 13.5 to 14.5 volts then will be regulated down to about 13volts. the charging system is working. your battery probably has a cell going bad or the electrolyte is low and the battery should be serviced to proper levels. i hope this has helped can i get a rating thanks!

Was the orifice tube replaced? Why was the compressor replaced? was it cooling ok before? Did you install the correct amount? How long did you evacuate the system for?

go get ur self a seat of gages or u can get a can of 34a and gage at auto zone in a kit hook to ur low side there is two cops they will be one red and one blue or black and blue go to the lowest one hook up the can to the hose shack hook up to the line an turn the nob

Usually the clutch can be replaced on those, but the bearings are too much to fix, by the time you pay for that repair you could have bought a new one, which is my recomendation. The alternative is a salvaged compressor. Thney are rarely why a car is put into the junkyard and usually work if installed correctly. Remember you have to vacuum down, and dehydrate a system that has been opened to the air before you can refill it.

This usually happens when the switch is about to fail. This is common, believe it or not, in all GM models. It is possible that you have a loose connection between the switch and the fusebox, but since it works intermittently it is NOT the blower motor. those controlers are vacume controled you either have a hose with a hole in it or the heater control valve is stuck or bad look under the dash by the control and see if it is moving when switched from hot to cold if not their is a line off or a hole if all lines ok then the valve is bad probley 75.00-100.00 bucks for part or so

freon pressure sensor could be bad

if you have dual climate control i would say the switch has gone bad on you

Have the alternator checked,with the ac on high,and the headlights on,it should read 13.65 volts,to 14.25 volts,checked at the battery,if it is lower than this,replace the alternator,now if the alternator checks out good,have the compressor coil clutch replaced,it will be shorting out,.
