rear wiper has stopped working in audi a3 - where and how do i change the fuse? the washers have also stopped at the same time. would this be the same fuse?
Yes, is the same fuse nr.41 (15A) !
For Audi A3 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
The fuse nr.41, (the second fuse from right to left direction, on the second row from bottom to upper direction, on the fuse box), F41 (15A) = Rear screen wash & wipe system !!!
Replace blowed fuse with new one and problem will be solved quickly !
Please rate my response. Thanks!

Please help- - how do I bleed the coolamt system on a 1997 8L Audi A3 1.6 engine? (same as 1.6 Golf ofsame vintage I believe) I've replaced the head gasket, replaced the coolant but now I have an air lock in the system and can't find a bleed valve/nipple anywhere to bleed the system through. I can't pump the air out by hand by squeezing the rad pipes, and there's no cap on the radiator. Anyone any ideas as to how I can bleed the coolant system through? This would be a huge help, and greatly appreciated. Thanks, Andy. (not a 2005 model)
In my experience with Audis, after any job requiring changing/draining the coolant the car ideally needs to be driven. With the coolant topped up to max drive the car, keep the revs up and shake the car with steering and over bumps where possible. Whatever you do make sure you take at least 2 litres of water/coolant with you, as as soon as the air lock goes, the level drops a lot and quickly. Also keep an eye on the temp gauge and avoid letting it go much over 90 degrees (over 90 on the gauge usually means its well into the hundreds) When you get consistant hot air through the heater, at idle, the level should of settled. If this doesnt work you may have thermostat issues or a blockage. Good luck, let me know how you get on.

My Audi A3 2.0 tdi BKD engine code, has recently been going into limp mode, fault registered as turbo over boost.
I had the turbo changed at the weekend and for a day the car worked fine. Then limp mode again.
Sometimes I can hear an air leak from below the drivers seat on the right hand side of the car, outside the car obviously. Is this connected to why my turbo keeps over boosting and the car entering limp mode?
Would changing the N75 valve help anything?
i also have done a diagnostic test and it states a turbo overboost condition and it drives fine locally but loses power on the motorway and struggles to reach 80mph? any suggestions please email me at [email protected]

The car runs fine but check engine light comes on after driving for about 60 miles. Is the turbo cut off valve bad? or is it somethine else. Any suggestions.
You have to pull the code to know what's wrong, do you have any drive ability problems?how different is the car driving after the light come on?

audi a3 r reg remove inner door panel drivers side
On the inside trim, you can remove screws (these screws may be covered by filler pieces or may be visible, or they may require you pry a plastic piece off that covers the screws) that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls.
