Audi 1.9 TD, Heater blows hot then cold and the temperture rise's intermiterly
yep Jeremy is is right its the heater core, they still will flow good but not heat, which is very confusing. I donated one that I replaced to science and cut it open, there are many tubes that make up the heater core and inside each tube is a twisted piece of metal that looks like a DNA strand or something. these become coated with the stop leak aditives in the G12(audi/vw factory coolant). G12 is similar to dexcool, it does the same thing except it is pink and has way better anti corrosion propertys.

Turn signals not working no light on dash either
mine had the same problem, the four way flasher switch is bad or has a bad conection. this part runs your blinkers and flashers. it is located on the dash above the cup holder..it is very easy to change..use a small screwdriver and it comes out easy.be careful not to break the clips since the new one doesnt come with the clips..the new part was 68.00 and a used one at a junk yard is around 20.00 or so...

I have water coming into the car passenger side
the heater core is leaking..you can try some of the stop leak liquid that you buy at your local parts place if its a small leak..if its a big leak you should try to replace the heater core or at least by pass it. when this happened to mine it caused a few electrical problems from the drivers side floor being wet. the heater core is located under the dash in the center...wasn;t a fun project...

Non starter
Yes, try the cam shaft position sensor. Also the crank shaft position sensor. It is on the engine where it meets the transmision. Check the wiring.

Audi A6 no cranking..
NEED HAVE VECHICLE CODE SCANNED FIRST LOOK FOR FAULT CODES MANY THINGS WILL CAUSE NO STARTING,LIKE BAD CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR.FAULTY CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR,BAD SPARK PLUGS FOULED OUT BY FLOODING ENGINE DUE TO LEAKING FUEL INJECTORS,BAD ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR,BAD MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR.FAULTY ECM. CODE SCAN VECHICLE FIRST.IF NO FAULT CODES CAME UP YOU COULD HAVE FAULT IN FUEL SYSTEM, COULD HAVE STOPPED UP FUEL FILTER,BAD FUEL PUMP RELAY OR FUSE THE FUEL PUMP COULD BE FAULTY. TURN IGNITION SWITCH TO ON POSITION LISTEN FOR FUEL PUMP OPERATION IN FUEL TANK, YOU SHOULD HEAR FUEL PUMP RUN FOR FEW SECONDS THEN TURN OFF.IF NO FUEL PUMP BAD MORE LIKELY BUT CHECK FUSE AND RELAY FIRST BEFORE BUYING NEW FUEL PUMP.DONT BUY NEW PARTS HAVE VECHICLE CODE SCANNED FIRST USING DIAGNOSTIC SCANNER YOU COULD HAVE BAD CONTAMINATED FUEL.

1 yr old battery. No power at all to car. Jumping
Check and follow both the battery cable (positive and negative). May have a bad ground or connection in either cable.
If they all check out then follow the positive to the main fuse and relay panel. Might have a burned wire or wires.

How can i compress the caliper piston back of audi
For front brake pads replacement you need only usually wrench set, inclusive 7 mm allen key also.
But for rear brake pads replacement you need obligatory a special caliper piston pressing tool, in order to press back rear caliper piston with parking brake automatic adjustment!!!
For front brake pads. You should buy the brake pads (with wear sensor). For change front brake pads you must raise vehicle, remove wheels, extract the retaining spring of the caliper, and remove the caliper as follow:
1. Do not disconnect the brake hose from the caliper, and do not allow the caliper to hang by the brake hose!
2. Remove top and bottom caps (on back side of the caliper) for access to guide pins, then unbolt and remove them from the brake carrier. Remove the caliper.
3. Now you must thoroughly clean the brake calipers (free of grease).
4. Remove outer brake pad from brake carrier.
5. Pull inner brake pad out of brake caliper piston.
6. Check up the brake fluid level on the reservor, and emptying if neccessary!
7. Push piston back into brake caliper housing.
8. Install inner brake pad (with expanding spring) in brake caliper piston. (Arrow marked on pad - if exist, must point in direction of brake disc rotation when vehicle is moving forward).
9. Install outer brake pad into brake carrier.
10. Bolt brake caliper housing to brake carrier using two guide pins. Tightening torque is 25 Nm.
11. Install both caps.
12. Insert retaining spring into brake caliper housing. Important: Depress the brake pedal firmly several times while the car is stationary so that the brake pads adjust to their normal operating positions!!!
Check brake fluid level and top up if neccessary!!!
