It may be a stuck thermostat, take it to a radiator shop, take can test it and do a pressure test for leaks.

2000 model well its common rail so the pump doesnt need timing just the crank and the cam but if the belt broke then you will need some new valves thats for sure with this engine ,the cam has a hole in one of the spokes 8mm that lines up with a hole in the head and the crank has a elongated slot that you look for the larger bit in ,bring the keyway on the crank up to facing the top of the engine and then you should see the mark ,also if no hole in spoke on this engine then take rocker cover off and look on the back of the cam for a slot ,now be carefull if it has as some engine this slot is at an angle with a special tool to align it up so see whats what and if unsure then a quick guide is look at the valves on no1 the inlet will be up and to the left and the exhaust up and to the right ,make sure that you crank engine over with a rachet 160 degrees by hand to ensure the valves clear ,sorry to be a bit vague but i do so many types and at my old age iam suffering from old timers and just do not remember everything exactly

Hi Nicoyou have air in the hydraulic system, maybe one of the steering rod seals may be war and letting in air, sometimes if you have a good seal on the wrack gaiters you will not notice a leak, try checking all connections and also just squeeze the gaiters on the wrack to see if they might be filled with fluid but this is your problem, air in the steering system...hope that helps

Just replace your hazard warning light relay. I had the same problem and mine was solved.

drill a hole through the floor as a quick fix ,if it gets in let it out ,then check for the leak ,try under the firewall where the AC drain pipe is ,it could be the same pipe for drain water coming in from air intake vents
