sound like center differential low on fluid unscrew the plug from center differential located on the right side of the center differntial case.use finger feel inside housing if lubricant too low add more until you can feel lubricant with finger.you can use hand pump or syringe to put lubricant into differential you can buy syringe hand pump at any auto parts stores.

it sounds like to me at some point someone had the keys changed unless your useing the valet key

sounds like you've got a short-to-ground and turning the parking light switch on is activating the ground circuit for boght the horn and wipers. solution may be as simple as a replacing the switch assembly (though the process to do that could be toilsome, depending on the make & model) or it could require an intensive diagnostic of the circuitry to find the short. could also be a relay (don't think that all three items would share a single one, though).
one quick test would be to check for a shared fuse for all three items, which would support the hypothesis that it's a ground short. if they don't all share a common fuse, pull the fuse for the parking lights and see if turning the switch still causes the issue. if it does, it's most definitely a shorted ground (as the fuse should be on the positive side of the circuit). if it doesn't occur when the fuse is pulled, maybe you're actually leaking voltage to the other two accessories - unlikely, but i supose it's possible.

The pipe that runs on top of motor from the front to then back connects inyto the heads at the back and the heater hoses connect at the back there as well.

I just had the same problem and read on another post how to fix it. Unlock your car, open and close all the doors, and lock it manually with your key. It worked.
