2001 volvo v70 po785 how can i fix the problem
Ok well P0785 - Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction (3-2 shift solenoid is not working properly)
A good mechanic should be able to access this shift solenoid (3-2) by removing the transmission cover, and valve body. Shift Solenoids are installed in the valve body, and are like electronically controlled mechanical "on / off" switches. Also see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsVY6by00rc
Why no power coming in to low beam head light
Sorry but without a look i couldnt tell you ,could be a multitude of reasons but the first thing i would check is the stalk switch on the steering wheel ,wouldnt be the first time i have found the fault here
Why low beam head doesn't come on
Check ALL connections for looseness or corrosion. Trace all wires to make sure no shorts exist. Clean all contact points, even on fuses.
Volvo radiator fan
It should be pulling air into the engine bay. If the fan still doesn't work after being replaced ; check (temp sensor) and fan relay.
V7 fuel pump replacement
V70, right? Is it diesel or gasoline?
This hint is for diesel models (maybe for gasoline ones too):
Under the right back seat and under the carpit you will find a black PVC cover. Remove it and you will find a cap. You can twist it (reverse clockwise) to open. Inside you will find the Bosch pump in a PVC can.
Anyway, in the diesel models there is no fuel pump between the tank and the filter/engine. The gasoline feeder sucks the oil from the tank directly. The small fuel pump in the tank serves if the level is low it can sucks from left to right part of the tank where starts the feeding tube towards the engine.
What cause the enjine light to come on ?
You don't mention the make or model of the vehicle but as a rule your alternator is not charging the battery and with that problems will occur such as a flat battery and dim lights until the vehicle will not start.
