Clock lite not working.how to change lite?

Just pop off the little storage compartment housing the clock, use a butter knife or thin screwdriver and start at the front edges. It should pop up with a little pressure. From there you can pull out the whole assembly and access the clock. Subaru part number 85068SA020. It lists for $6 Sylvania bulb part #2723

How do i change the low beam headlights on my 06

Hi, there is a round plastic "Bulb Housing Cover" the you will see the wires going into, you need to rotate this cover COUNTER CLOCKWISE and it will slide back about 4 inches. POOR Design on Subaru's end, you need small hands to reach around the cover and remove and install the ne bulb.
Next Step:
Remove the BLACK Wire Connector that goes into the bulb. There is a red wire as well, but the black wire is the one to remove. Remove the "Bulb Retention Spring" out of the way. Grasp the bulb by the metal end and remove with a slight twist and pull straight out. Reinstall new bulb. Do Not Touck the Glass on the Bulb as any skinoil can ruin the bulb, use a bit of paper towel or a clean cloth if you need to touch the glass. Reattach the Bulb Retention Clip Reattach the Black Wire. Reinstall the Bulb Housing Cover by rotating it Clockwise. Not too bad, took me about 3 minutes. Subaru could have made access a lot easier!!
Take care

Rear door will not unlatch.

Sometimes rust will build up on the latch and not allow it to return to the correct position. Try pushing the handle all the way to the closed position and then try your remote lock. Then try to open. The hinge gets build up and does not return all the way. Hope this helps and have a great day.

How do i adjust the headlight beam on my Subaru

on each headlamp assembly, there will be either one or two plastic nuts that you can turn.

If you only have one nut on each, that will adjust the vertical aim of the headlights.

If you have two nuts on each, one will adjust the vertical and the other will adjust the horizontal.

Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)

If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.

Tow bar trailer socket wiring connection point to car wiring?

The connectors for towing wire harnesses on foresters are generally on the passenger side, below the rear taillight inside the cargo space. some require pulling up the foam block that is between the spare tire compartment and the taillight. Check where you replace the tailights from inside the car, if there isn't a matching connector hanging out there, check around the spare tire compartment, see if you can remove the carpeted foam block next to the compartment and find the plug under there.

I have a 2006 Subaru

this is a fault in the front control panel touch keys, the control panel will need to be replaced, the thing is they don't sell parts to the public, you must send this to an authorized Subaru electronics repair station, here is one that i use, don't go through the dealer, they will send it out and then 2X the bill from the repair facility to you. Go to the link below for repair, they also offer free radio removal help.

I tried to start my car, nothing happened. I could not even move the shifter to get it out of my garage. what do I do?

the auto shifter will not move without power, it is a safety feature, youll need to install a new battery or charge that one and then try again, there may be an underlying problem, power drain or maybe battery is stuffed. hope this helped.

How do you remove just glass from drivers side mirror?

I don't know your vehicle. However, a few months ago one of the side mirrors was broken on our pickup truck (a Chevy Silverado). We had the glass shop put in the new mirror and they just glued the new mirror on top of the broken one.
