Rear window defrost 1999 Plymouth Neon - where is it?
well it's like this... i've never owned a neon but the two places for fuse panels are under the dash and in the engine compartment near the battery. the one in the engine compartment will have a plastic cover over it. admittedly there are other places auto makers "hide" them.... in the glove box.... behind a plastic sheild on the sloping panel beside the steering column.... and inside the foot panels on the drivers side or passenger side... just have to look around. i have a friend that has a neon.... i'll try to run into them if you cannot find it.

There is usually a test pigtail under the hood on most cars I think. Just find a wiring diagram and it should show one. Or if you got it out just hook it up to 12volts and see what happens?
Plymouth neon 2000 passenger door
If the door buzzer switch is broken and moving around it will ground out on the door an complete the circuit and cause the buzzer to go off. if you do not want to fix the switch remove the wire from the switch and tape it up with electrical tape
Car turns over dont start replaced cam sensor dont start can hear fuel pump what next
If your doing no testing at all & just
throwing parts at it,then a repair shop

obd codes, have nothing to do with replacing parts,
as you found out

1996 plymouth neon started and then died and now won't start
Go to your car and turn the key to the on position. You should hear a whine for about 2-4 seconds that is the fuel pump priming the fuel line. This sound will come from inside your gas tank, but you should hear it as you sit in the car or have somebody look under the car near the gas tank to see if you hear it. It will whine for 2-4 seconds and if you shut the key off and turn it back on, you should hear the whine again. If you don't hear anything, then it sounds like your fuel pump is out. If you do hear something then it might be ice in the gas filter or in the line somewhere.
