2003 jeep liberty radiator fannot working replaced relay
try disconnecting the coolant temp sensor with the key on/engine off. The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor on the 3.7L engine is installed into a water jacket at front of intake manifold. if the fan comes on then the problem is in the sensor. You did the relay which is the most common so this is next.
hope this helps.
whoops i am assuming tis a 3.7L

Doesn't that jeep have an on board anti theft system that shuts of power to the startee and the fuel injectors. Im pretty sure it does thats where to start sometimes just turn the key to the on position for 30 sec. To 60 sec then crank the engine if that doesnt work turn off at least 10 sec try again tirn to on position without cranking motor for at least 30 sec then try cranking
