My Jeep won't start, was
Well to start with, it does sound like the starter is on the way out, best to test, give it a push and try to start in 2nd gear if starting ok the starter is gone, needs changing, could be a low battery as well check the voltage output on it, could put jumper leads on, if starting it is battery, if not it's starter.

03 Wrangler will not turn over/start
Pull off the battery cables from the terminals, take a bit of sandpaper, and run the **** over the terminals. Then, mix a 25/75 Arm&Hammer/Water mixture, take a rag, and run that on one terminal, then the other, try not to drip water. Take sandpaper again, and run it over the terminals again, until they are fully shiny. Now, do the same things on the inside of the battery connectors. Make sure they clamp down well. That should do it. If not, make sure all the wires are good and solidly connected. Finally, get a voltmeter, and test between the block and the positive connector/terminal. Should read ~12.4-6V. (12.4 = bit low, but I figured if it's trying to go through a corroded connector or a short, it will be a bit low)

Making noise like gear is rubbing something in 5th
Drain the oil out of your manual tranny into a CLEAN bucket. Run your fingers through it. Does it look like you've got splotches of silver paint? If so, your tranny's bearings and/or gears may be wearing out.

Air wont switch from defrost to vent
The vacuum tubes behind the panel might have broken or become disconnected. This system operates the door that controls defrost to vent routing of air in the car's ventilation system.
Hope this helps.

Where would I find the heater blower resistor
Generally you won't find the resistor under the hood on Jeeps. It looks like a flat fixture made from the same material that circuit boards are made from and has three or four wires plugged into the center. Look under the dashboard on the box where the heater is on the passenger side. Normally behind where the glovebox is located.

Antifreeze is being burned off or lost somewhere
Its possible you have a small leak someplace and when it gets hot enough it is being evaporated and your not seeing it leak any place. What you could try and put some antifreeze in, not water and see if you smell a sweet smell comming from your exhaust, If you do then you probably have a blown head gasket. Well i hope this helped with your question.

have the mounts checked on the control arms, alot of times the can bend slightly due to a "curb" check. Call a local 4X4 shop and tell them you are experiencing the "death shake" they should know what you are talking about. That was the problem on my 02 TJ, i had replaced everything when i noticed that the angle on the control arm looked a little off.

I have coolant leaking everywhere.
They sell replacement rubber plugs for that. I try to only use metal ones (brass or steel) but when you cannot get into the place where the plug is, the rubber ones work out pretty well. To remove old plug, put a screwdriver on one side and smack it with a hammer. it will turn so you can grab it with pliers.

I am getting a P0442 trouble code on my 2002 Jeep
Same problem on my 2001 TJ. Replaced cap, passed smoke test, supposed pinched hose fixed etc; light kept coming back on usually right after a cold start every other week or so. Three months later after trip to dealer and $367, it was due to an intermittenent evap cannister purge solenoid.

Wipers not working
are they working when not raining? two things to consider 1 is water getting into the electrical lines and 2 is the switch bad. Need to check both. if there is a connector to remove for the wiper motor and it has two wires simply put 12v to those wires and see if the motor runs. then i would suspect the switch. If this helps please reply as this helps me keep answering questions here and good luck

check the pattern of the rear tires a broken belt will cause an obvious distortion in the tread pattern. sometimes you can wet a driveway and roll over the wet area and see the pattern left behind

Try taking the gauge cluster out and cleaning the connectors then apply some dielectric grease. this may help with the speedometer. to remove the gauge cluster, pop off the top vent cover (3 clips), then remove the knee guard under the steering wheel. After that you will see two screws holding down the bottom part of the gauge cluster and 2 more on the top. Hopes this helps!
