How to replace speed sensor
the speed sensor is located on the rear output housing of the transmission. It is a sensor mounted on one of the sides right before your drive-shaft exits the transmission. look for ta wire coming from the rear of your transmission. Easy replacement.

Lost pwr for takeoff, and gauges all going haywire and overcharging battery
Did the overcharge or voltage regulator problem go away with the new ECM in it? If so the transmission code.. (turbine speed sensor input) code is probably another problem that the Jeep has.. and the ECM will not fix that, but the input speed sensor that it may need is not very expensive.

Ignition wont turn
Try jiggiling the key whilst jiggiling the steering wheel at the same time as it sounds like the steering lock is jamming ! This can often happen

Generator field not charging properly 2004 PT cruiser
most likely cause is the brushes/commutator slip rings are worn and the only answer is a recon unit as without the right tools to change the parts then your stumped ,try buying just the carbon brushes ?? just not for public sale ,get a decent bosch unit this will last the test of time i assure you

Need picture of engine
You might find a Haynes or Chiltons manual at a good public library. I just bought one online but it has taken a week to arrive. I live in a rural area so that is my best option.
