You need to get a tech 2 plugged in to the car , that will see if its injectors or not and if the turbo is boosting correctly .

I would try my tip for testing the rops as well cos its free and easy to do and can cause the misfire you describe ..

put the key in the ignition and turn to the "On" position. Once one of the doors is opened you have about 30 seconds (you should hear a "tick-tock" sound as it counts down) to put the key in the ignition and turn it to on. If you open the rear gate, the alarm will immediately sound (this is by design). You can buy new fob's online for $40-60 each, google how to reset them.

Most likely blown head gasket. Not cheap but it can be (professionally) fixed.

You might have a mix of oil and antifreeze and water, clean it and see if it does it agian, if it does your head gasket is bad,

Fuse.....check the fuses most cars have a fuse dedicated to tail lights and gauge cluster lights check your fuses!
