2004 Honda Civic Hybrid

First things I would look at is,did they put 10w30 oil in and not 5w20 or 0w20,it makes a difference in mileage (if they run out of the correct viscosity oil they WILL put in what they have). Did the service include a spark plug change? Is the spark plug gap correct? Did they do a brake service? Is a brake dragging,a little to tight?Did they clean the throttle body?Maybe the engine was running a little lean before and now is at the proper fuel mixture, with less MPGs but running clean at the exhaust. Weather conditions?Head winds and colder temps reduce MPG.

Does replacing oil seal require removing oil pan on 2004 Honda civic ex 1.7L VTEC automatic?

not normally as it is in the timing cover case or behind the bottom sprocket or drive pullet for the timing belt if it is a rear main seal it will require the transmission removal as well as the flywheel /torque converter you were not specific as to which oil seal required replacing. best get a workshop manual as that book shows the procedure to replace seals

I have a 2004 honda civic that overheats and have had radiator, water pump, and coolant all replaced. Dealership and mechanic cannot figure out what is wrong

I would have it tested with a gas meter to see if the head gasket is leaking, I bet it is.

Check engine light came on my 2004 honda civic ex start it up shakes a minute then runs fine but light stays on

That's because the car is putting itself into "limp"mode. Take it some where to have the code read without the code number it tells me nothing.
