I need to replace upper right ball joint, 98 honda civic
This is a pretty easy job.The way i do it is take the two 14mm bolts louse from the strut on the inner fender well, then take the 17mm bolt out of the bottom of the strut on the lower control arm this will make it drop down. Then take the 14mm bolt louse that fastens the ball joint to the spindle take a hammer and hit the upper spindle and it all will come apart. Now you will have the two bolts that holds the upper control arm in place these are 17mm bolts drop the strut down and remove the upper control arm now you can go in with the new one.Hope this helps !!!

98 honda civic engine overheats, cooling fan does not turn on
Under the hood of the engine, close to the battery, there is a black plastic box. This is the Fuse Relay and Control Unit Box location. Remove this Box cover. The top of this box shows which fuses or relays control the different electrical components within the engine. On the Drivers's Side of this box (right-side if you are leaning over the bumber and radiator, and facing the windshield) you will see a radiator fan relay. You can pull this and take it to your local Parts store and ask them to test it. If it tests bad, then buy another (likely $20+). Do NOT keep driving your car until you get your radiator fan fixed, <this image should help you> because over-heating the engine could ruin your engine ($$$$).

I am getting a very slow crank when I start my car early early in the morning but it starts up fine the rest of the day. I had the starter, alternator and battery tested and they all came back fine. I am wondering what would cause this.
When you tested the battery did you have it load tested? It is possible the battery is good but is losing power overnight due to an open circuit. This will give you the slow crank in the mornings. Once the vehicle has been running and charged the battery back up it works fine the rest of the day. Car batteries provide you with two needed items at start up, Amperage and Voltage. It is possible to have 12 or 13 volts and the battery not be able to crank the motor over because it can't generate the Amperage needed. Your problem is not the Starter Relay, as someone else mentioned if that goes out it will not crank at all. If teh battery has an overnight drain or weak cell it will ahve problems generating the Amperage required and cause your problem. Unfortunately the only way to really identify this will be to let the vehicle sit overnight and then remove the battery and take it to auto zone and have it load tested.

the other day when i stated the car the green key light stayed flashing while the car was runing, when i got where i was going shut the car and started it and it start and the light stayed on. the next day, I came to start the car and when it started i saw all the needles in the dashboard started to jump and the green key light went off. Today I was starting the car and didn't start at all and the green light came back and started to flash again. i took the key out and put it back then it start the car. I was told something wrong with the key and the remote control, so i changed the battery for the remote and change the kep for another one that came with the car. Not sure what is the problem why my car doing this and i am afraid that it is going to fail on me.
Car
not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can
be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it
can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or
no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned. To
confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required. Click
this link below and follow the troubleshooting:------ http://technoanswers.blogspot.in/2012/02/car-starting-issues.html --------- This will help. Thanks.
