That probably won't be the case here . Chrysler , dodge an jeep vehicles use a TIPM - totally integrated power module (computer) that is used to control most of the thing's your have listed . The TIPM is part of the engine compartment fuse box.(internal) Chrysler has a recall on some model year's . You should take it to a Chrysler dealer .
Defective TIPM Is Causing Dangerous Power Problems in Chrysler Vehicles
Watch this video an see if it helps you find your problem .
Chrysler Pacifica TIPM Electrical Problems
The fan assembly has two speeds. Hi and low. There are two relays that control the fan and it is not uncommon for them to fail. I usually change fans and relays to fix that problem. Try starting your car and let it idle with the hood open. Turn the ac on. watch the fans and see how long it takes for fans to stop. Using a test ;light you would check if power going to fan plug. If fan stops while testing, check and see if power at fan plug. If there is power, the problem deals with the control side of the system, but if there is power there and the fan is not running it is a bad fan or relay
charging problem loose ground dirty battery connections
can all be the culprits check to see if car runs at about 14 volts
if its running at 12 volts 0r less charging is the problem
Replacing the o2 sensor if you do it will be around $80.00 . If you have it done probably twice that. Do not get a cheap sensor from auto parts store. Spend the money and get one from the dealership. Or you will be doing the job again. The cheap ones do not last. When it comes to sensors you get what you pay for.
Voltage drop testing the starter electrical system is the proper way to diagnose . Looking at a wiring diagram to see what all is involved in starting of your vehicle first , so you know what all to test. Do you have any light's lit on the instrument cluster ? Check engine , battery , security etc..... Plus most newer vehicle's (96 on ) the PCM/ECM - engine computer has something to do with the starting of the vehicle. It will energize a starter relay , if it see's the vehicle is in park or neutral an no problem from anti-theft system . Looking at the wiring diagram for the starter circuit of your vehicle i see the PCM does control the starter relay located in the under hood fuse box. Free wiring diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make , model and engine size . Under system click on engine ,then under subsystem click starting . Click the search button then the blue link .

probably low on...no, not coolant! The AC system is separate from the coolant system. The AC needs to be recharged with
R134A, a special refrigerant used only for air conditioning, much like the old Freon or R12 it replaced. R12 was bad for ozone depletion, so about 20 years ago the federal government mandated a change to R134A.
Just go to a shop and tell the service people you may need the AC system recharged.
Sounds like the light on your dash was a Fuel/emmisions light. If your gas cap wasnt on properly you could have encountered a small case of vapor lock.
Vapor lock can cause your car to sputter at idle, have poor accelleration, be hard to start and at times when vapor lock is severe even cause your car to not start at all!
THE FUSE BOX ON 06 IS PART OF THE TIPM MODULE UNDER THE HOOD THER IS A BLACK COVER ON IT THAT SAYS POWER DIST. CENTER. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF CLIPS AND IT PULLS UP
does it go back to normal with out the trailer connected. as both mine when the trailer is detected on the wiring it turns the abs to mid setting. , as it cannot calculate the extra load. also the trailer loom can put more drain on the electrics and there is a voltage reader computer built into most vehicles this is what detects a blown bulb. check the fuse connection to the fuse and the box. in the fuse box. a weak fuse or fuse holder can make the bulb blow.
