94 Buick Regal 3.8. Pings under load. All
Remove and inspect the spark plugs for heavy deposits or glazed-looking interior insulators. Make sure the plugs are the proper type for this engine. Heavy carbon build-up in the cylinder heads will cause pinging. If the ignition system is too advanced, it will also cause problems. Try a different brand of fuel. High engine temperatures can do the same (caused by poor cooling system or lean fuel/air mixture). If the check engine light is on, take the car to Autozone or a similar business that offers a free scan of the computer. This may provide additional clues. Hope some of this helps!
Break lights don't work
The brake lights work off a switch located by the brake pedal. It has a push in type plunger to make contact when appling the brakes. That will be the first thing to check for continuity to see if it works correctly. Use a OHM meter and test it as if your testing a standard home light switch

Front wheel bearings gone, are the hard to replace
You can do them both on a Saturday afternoon. Your local autoparts store usually carries 2 brand, both with a 1 yr. warranty. I will tell you this, If you like to do it often, buy the cheap one,,, otherwise buy the BETTER one. Impact wrench makes the job soooo much easier.
Motor will not crank. Battery good.
check your ignition switch contacts...might also be an electrical bad connection somewhere. Also check the fuses. Check also the voltage going the solenoid or test the solenoid too.
