Any details? ODB-1 is easy to diagnose if your lamp is on. Check air filter. Check fuel filter. Use no ethanol gas if possible. Check tire pressure and alignment. Remove excess cargo from the vehicle. Keep it clean.

You need to run a fault code test to see what is turning on the light. Go here to learn how.

Cant say for sure, but you may be laying something on the sensor that turns the lights on, and causing car to think its night time, and turning on lights. The sensor that controls this is on dash ,drivers side near windsheild.

Is there a delay control for the lights? It might have been moved from the original position you had it in initially

As with any electrical problem where a fuse blows, you will have to trace the circuit to find the overload or short to ground. It could be any of the lamp sockets or in the wiring harness.

if it dont then the senser to whatever is malfunctioning is bad

see if a local (dare I use the word) junkyard may have a replacement you can put on..if not your fuel economy may go kaput and your service engine light will come on with the 0-2 sensor going bananas..good luck..

If this is only one direction, the problem lies in the rack and pinion unit itself. This will not get better and will become a huge safety issue if not addressed. If so the blower module will be at fault
It will be mounted on the firewall top side on the right near the wiper arm area below the hoods surface
