It will depend on the part you need. New parts are always recommended. You could possibly use mechanical parts from VWs, SKODAs and SEATs as they all use the same parent company.
I really think
you should go to www.reliable-store.com they have got books on every vehicle and also how to service/repair it, parts info, wiring diag, electrical diag, fuse diag, error codes, etc everything
Trace which way the water went down ,,, a major plug around one of the front foot wells could be full of water ... also now you need to check all the fuses. Push on the carpets front and rear floor to see if it's not flooded out under the carpets. Some cars have computer modules under the front seats.
Could be a transmission issue. Did you hit any objects while driving ? Have you performed a visual inspection under your vehicle ? Have you checked to see if you have any loose vacuum hoses ? Any codes in your engine control module or transmission control module ?
U paid 290 euros and they did not fix it. I would go back and insist that either they fix it or return my Euros so I could take it to a competent mechanic.
Most of the time when an epc light comes on and you have no throttle response it's best to connect it to a bag-com but if you don't have one have the computer scanned for a check engine code remember just because there's no check engine light on doesn't mean the ecu doesn't have on in memory.. So if you do have a code like p1639 then you have a bad accelerator peddle
The first thing that you must do here is to have the systems computer checked for fault codes, it should have a few in memory. the codes are read through the diagnostic port under the dash.
pfauto212 is correct on the suggested answer
some models have the fill plug on the side of the pan, while others have the fill plug on the bottom & you need a special L-shaped adaptor to fill the fluid into the pan
Audi ATF Audi Transmission Fluid
use the specified synthetic fluid made for german vw cars only!
you can skip the part where they are changing the filter and see how they add fluid from the fill plug area
This may have been done already but your first step should be this. Disconnect the negative post of the battery and then connect a Amp meter so that you can see what the draw on the battery is when the engine is off. If there is draw then you know that you have some sort of parasitic drain happening. DO NOT attempt to start the car with the meter attached as most cannot handle the current draw required and will short out. You only want to test whether any power is consumed with the key off. Likely culprits: 3rd party radio or amplifier that is connected to constant live power not keyed power, in the case of an audio amp, the remote trigger is not connected so the amp is running even when engine is off. You do not say how long it takes to drain the battery out but even leaving a GSP connected will drain the battery over time.
Is there fuel in it?
Is the battery low, do you need assistance from somebody with jumper leads?
Have you dropped / damaged your keys whilst shopping? there is a chip in the key to disarm the immobilizer.
Could be any of a number of things I am afraid.
Get assistance form a competent mechanic to diagnose it
You need a new latch assy. You have to get it from Audi parts dept. If you are handy you can replace it yourself. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/anthony_dda4e0152e94f3c0
