Hi, one of your door pressure switches are sticking or, may be disconnected or broken. these pressure switches are located within the inner side of each door frame. they are usually housed where the door hinges are located. you can replace these switches.

make sure it isnt a wiring issue before you buy new pressure switches.

Please rate and have a great day:)

One more thing. make sure the dome light(interior light), switch isn't set to ON. if its set to ON, it will continue to illuminate even if the doors are closed.

When I turned off my car last night it was like

well first of all. check main fuse in fuse box. to check alternator--- with car off at battery, voltage should be at least 12.5 to 13 volts. then when running. there should be at least 14 volts or a bit higher, at battery. but it sounds more like a fuse then anything else. if all is satisfactory then check to see if power is going through ignition. have a good one !!

Finishing water from the resevoir

Hi,
Looks like your radiator cap is broken, check if the seal and the spring is still okay.
Water that is not coming back to your radiator means, your cap's seal is loose or chipped off.
Check that first and tell us what happen, give us the temperature of your engine too, thus your engine overheats constantly?
Hope that helps you!
Thanks for using Fixya!

Both rear brake lights are

There is no relay. Therefore, the problem is likely to be the brake light switch above the pedal.
Look up there to see if the plunger comes out when the pedal is pushed. If the plunger comes out, the switch is adjusted properly. Next, try jumping the terminals inside the connector to see if you can get the lights to come on. It should be the 2 outer terminals that run the brake lights. The other (inner) ones shut off the cruise control. Connect the outer terminals using a big paper clip.
If this puts the lights on, replace the brake switch. Let me know if you have questions.

My VW New Beetle Temperature

It looks like you have a major leak in the heater core, and the loss of coolant has caused the engine to overheat. If you are desperate to drive and don't mind the cold, you can disconnect the heater hoses from the firewall and connect them together with a short piece of pipe of the right size. Then you can add coolant and at least get the car to the parts store or shop.

First, you may want to remove the wet carpet and rinse it out, or at least try to **** it clean with a liquid-capable vacuum cleaner. The coolant won't be pleasant to live with, and will make a mess of the carpet, and any possessions, shoes, socks or bare feet that happen to rest upon it.

Hi there, i have a 52 plate volkswagen golf 1.4s.

First, I would have the OBD-II scanner bring the codes out of the computer so that you know what you're dealing with, as far as what emission control is not working correctly.

I would have this done before your next Emission test if you have that in your area.

Take the vehicle to the nearest Autozone or Advance Auto Parts and they will scan for free.

Good luck on this repair.
