Regardless of engine orientation, transverse (front wheel drive) or longitudinal (rear wheel drive), the starter is always found at the junction of the engine and transmission bell-housing.
The starter drives a ring gear located within the the bell-housing and is normally bolted with 2-3 long bolts.
have the code checked especially if the car is out of warranty. If it is still under warranty take the car to the dealership. The Pressure Control Solenoid determines the quality and accuracy of the shift points and if you let it go the transmission will not shift properly after a period of time.
The pressure control solenoid is used by the PCM to raise the mainline hydraulic pressure during high throttle - this increases the holding force on the clutches and bands and prevents slipping. The pressure control solenoid is controlled by pulses from the PCM and this in turn operates the boost valve insde the valve body.
The problem could be either in the PCM or it could be an electrical problem with the solenoid. As suggested it should be diagnosed by a transmission tech. They can check if the PCM is good by looking at the pulses with an oscilloscope at the connector and they should also be able to test the continuity of the solenoid. If the solenoid is faulty the valve body will need to be removed and the solenoid replaced. good luck
left of steering wheel behind the little storage compartment is one fuse box and then theres one in engine compartment on the left side hope this helps.
Go to your local Auto parts store and have them pull your codes then post on here so we can see what they say. Will help to diagnose the problem. Most of the parts stores will pull your codes for free.
the liftgate is fitted with two compressed gas support arms.;one or the two are exhausted/need [replaced]these arms have no adjustment you must replace.adrian.;;;;
Your A/C compressor is suppose to come on with the defroster, this is normal. It is built in that way to help the defroster clear the windshield more quickly. The A/C system dries the air that flows through it so there is no condensation build up on your windows.
