The problem is going to be a break in the circuit between the
*SIR fuse and the yellow wire at the mirror connector. This wire travels through the relay block. You can check connections at the relay block and trace the wiring. You can also just run a new wire, it may be faster."

Check for voltage on the yellow wire at the mirror connector with the key on. If there is voltage on the yellow wire then the problem is inside the circuit board in the mirror and the mirror will need to be replaced."
Dave Nova included the Fuse Block shown below in his post, but I see no "SIR" Fuse? * I just discovered it is a
"Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) Fuse = AIRBAGS. The two photos below are MUCH closer to what you should have!
