If it cranks good but won't start, Have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, check fuel injector pulse. Check for applicable trouble codes. You need an obd2 code reader to check codes, yourself. Hopefully the code reader will check manufacturer specific codes as well as po codes. At the ignition coil and fuel injectors, dark green wire with orange tracer should be hot with engine cranking, use a test light to check voltage. If no voltage, that leads back to asd relay. I'm not saying the relay is faulty. The computer has to see both the cam and crank sensor signals before it will ground the asd relay, if either one of those sensors is faulty, the vehicle won't start. Just my opinion.

Your torque converter lock up is defective, it is not turning off. I would replace the torque converter lock up solenoid first and change the fluid and filter, if that is not the fix the transmission will need to come out for rebuilding and the torque converter replaced most likely..

To check for voltage the engine has to cranking. The control side of asd relay, the computer has to ground it before it will energize. Did you check wiring circuits for cam and crank sensor connectors before replacing sensors? Are there any applicable trouble codes? Are you ok with testing wiring circuits?
