How do I have someone from General motors to admit that there is a problem with the frame of my 1996 Pontiac rusting? Car only has 50000 miles?

Your car is 19 model years old. If you live in an area that has harsh winters where roads are heavily salted, or near the coasts where salt air can accelerate corrosion, what you are experiencing is not all that unusual. Undercarriage rust is a major problem in the "rust belt". 19 years is really good. Cars back in the 60's were rusted out in 10 years. You got almost twice that.

Flashing check engine light

If its an orange light its a service engine soon light, the car can be driven, if its a red check engine light DO NOT DRIVE because of risk to damage the engine. However if there is an auto zone close by they will check the light for free. Then I can work with you from there. Good Luck

Battery could be dead. If not then the ground wire could be loose or corroded. Fly wheel could be worn. Crank shaft position sensor could be bad. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/nathaniel_9ed79ef078a2f164

Why is my clutch sticking down? how do i fix it?

You may have a few things going on here. First, you need to look under the dashboard where the clutch pedal contacts the pushrod. There is an adjustment screw/locknut. The pushrod should be making contact. If not, losen locknut and adjust then tighten locknut. Secondly, the clutch master cylinder may be low on brake fluid or worn out, lacking hydraulic assist. Third you may have a weak slave cylinder. If they never been replaced I recommend replacing them together. Hopefully the line that carries the fluid isn't leaking. If so it'll need replacing too. This sounds like a handful but for this vehicle it isn't. These parts won't even run you $100 total.

What would be causing my clutch to feel like there is air in the line and make it stay down? It won't pop back up

A multitude of things could cause this iam afraid ,anything from a thrust bearing carrier sticking to the guide housing to a worn piston insdie the slave cylinder or even the master cylinder or maybe even the pedal itself if it has a counter balance type spring fitted to the pedal arm like a citreon xsara ,never seen this car so i cannot comment on the last one but a temporary bodge you could put a return spring on the clutch arm ?

What would make the clutch do this?

Hey bud it sounds like your hydraulic clutch cable is gone. I wouldn't drive it to far because the chances are is that there is a slow leak that may become big and leave you stranded. Not too sure what country your in but I'm in Australia and i went and got a custom on mare from a company called Enzed. It cost me $30 but i took it off and installed it myself.
