Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. There are three fuses and a relay that cover the blower. Radio probably has an inline fuse, but they are also monitored by the Body control Module.

Take it to a different shop. Something is wrong with it. However, when the airbag light is on, that means the airbag will not deploy in an accident. You should have that fixed first. Hi. The fuse is in the block of fuses. It is #18, and 10 amps. It's easy to change. There should be 4 extra fuses on the side of the panel

po328 is a knock sensor code ,0174 &0420 are emissions codes. Possibly a faulty knock sensor throwing out the timing, It may just have a vacuum leak causing it to run lean, affecting the timing causing knock sensor code, Scan for live readings, ck knock sensor, o2 sensors, A/F ratio & converter,clogged injector ect. When the abs light is off and u press brake pedal the abs is activated for some reason. When light is on the abs is deactivated. Take vehicle to a different garage. U can also do this when light is on take vehicle to AutoZone or have someone with a abs scanner scan for codes. This will give u a idea what's wrong. Your mechanic don't know what they are doing and just guessing.

Possible shorted transmission harness or transmission shift solenoids. Disconnect the big connector at the transmission under the car and see if the short stops and fuses don't go.

Check all Ground Points. Battery cables can look good but not be. You should use a DVOM to check for voltage drops from battery to where ever the grounds go to. Also use the DVOM to check the battery cable terminal and post. Put one lead on the battery post and the other on the cable terminal. The DVOM should read 0 or very close to it.

It sounds like the fuel pump has given up, they do wear out after about 100,000 miles or so.
