Remove the engine serpentine belt. Determine the correct size socket need to turn the crankshaft. This is the large pulley at the bottom of the engine bay in the middle. Sometimes it is more easily reached through the passenger fender well with the tire removed. If you are unable to rotate the engine with the tool, it is more than likely locked up.

The beginning of your problem sounds fuel related (relay, fuel pump, fuel filter). The Ford ECU never goes bad, they are the most reliable on the market. Also ford has a low oil shut down, make sure oil level is correct. Get a OBD II diagnostic test to check for faults stored. When replacing parts start with cheapest first. You were vague on the cranking problem. Not turning over and not cranking are two different problems.

out of sight inlet manifold and zorst manifold might be in the way brass welsh plugs if block is a cast front and back of the longest part of block

I don't have a video. The hardest part about getting them out is fishing it between the engine and firewall. It's on the passenger side. right behind the engine. You have to remove the electrical plug( about 5 inches long, 1 inch high, sits horizontally). 8 or 10 MM bolt. Bolt stays with the plug. 2 nuts to remove(one on each side) , then the cover plate. Then pull the PCM out. It's tight but it will come out.

If it is a front wheel drive care, which I think it is there is a good chance that it is the position selector sensor on the transmission.

Yea, I'd look for a bad or partially broke wire inside the rubber boot going to the door from the body .

Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? Do you know how to use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? How to do voltage drop testing ? Checking the compleat electrical circuit for the power door locks is the way to find out what your problem is . Videos on youtube showing how to do this the proper way . Looking at a wiring diagram I also see the GEM - generic electronic module is the control for power lock's . I suggest you watch this video as well Control Module Diagnostics with John Anello Mastering Voltage Drop Testing with Pete Meier and Jerry Truglia Also you will need a factory scan tool or a professional grade , check for codes in the GEM . More then likely a lose connection , but code be a bad GEM module. Also could be a broke wire inside the rubber boot from the body to the door .

Have you checked for codes in ECM ? How do you know that your anti theft is causing your no start problem ?

Well you can disconnect positive battery terminal.Disconnect for ten minutes..then reconnect lite should be off ..but if problem remains it may come back on soon..good luck

What's the code P0 what . Codes do not mean to replace parts . especially when circuit is involved . This means a wiring problem .
