The rod bearing cap bolt torque specifications for the 3.0L V6 engine in a 2000 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 with a manual transmission are as follows:

• Step 1: Tighten the bolts to 15 foot-pounds of torque.
• Step 2: Tighten the bolts to 30 foot-pounds of torque.
• Step 3: Tighten the bolts an additional 90 degrees (1/4 turn) using a torque angle gauge.

Fuel Pump relay switch is in the main box usually located on the drivers side Fender in a black box. According to the owner's manual in the power distribution box in the engine
compartment (Ford recommends disconnecting your battery)
Relay # 5 is the fuel pump relay , and also in the PD BOX is a 20 amp mini-fuse
for the fuel pump relay + RAP module in location # 9


( P.S. - don't forget your fuel pump inertia switch , in the right front passenger area ,
by the right front kick panel )Sometimes this gets kicked by passenger or if the car is bummed hard it could set this item to shut down fuel system. Best of Luck

That would indicate a break in the vacuum line or a vacuum line disconnected under the hood.

You probably need to check those fuses too. You may have accidentally touched something else and blew more fuses. Usually there's a plastic tool on the back side of your fuse door to remove them safely with

Sometimes an air bubble - just before the injectors cause this problem. Loosen the fuel line there and crank the motor. Fuel pressure should force the air out and then fuel will squirk out.
