this is sure to the EVAP system. do a visual check on all hoses and connections to start. If you can view live data on a scan tool you can see what the pressure sensor is reading. It should only have vacuum on it when the system is testing for leaks. It vents to the canister which is "purged" by the solenoid into the intake to be burned. It will throw a code if the system won't hold a vaccum, or has a vaccum when its not supposed to.

you need to check the multifuction switch

Most parts stores have a part location chart in their system and can probably help you. On most vehicles this sensor in near where the top radiator hose goes into engine. There are 2 temp sensors--hte one with one wire usually supplies the dash gauge or lamp, the one with two wires is for the ECU.

disconnect the electrical connector for the air bags. it will be a yellow connector with a safety lock on it. then remove the dash board/pad turn upside down and unbolt the air bag. this is the simplified version. there will be some things that need to be undone from the dash pad.

They are 2 ways to get this. An internet search using your year make and model car with the term fuel pump wiring or wiring diagram usually pulls up a collage of good diagrams. Or the autozone site has a help site at the bottom of its help page, There is a free part and a pay part, but free info will supply diagrams.

For some reason aftermarket ECT's just don't play well with the ZX2. Get one from Ford or the junk yard.

Replace converter.

The transmission cooler has broken inside of your radiator. You will either have to replace the radiator or add a cooler. (I would replace radiator) flush cooling system and I would also do a transmission service just in case the antifreeze leaked back into the transmission while not running. NOTE:Your transmission level would be down do to it pumping into the radiator cooling system. Fill transmission to proper level running and see if it wants to work, before replacing radiator as you could have damaged the transmission by letting it run out of ATF.

Check for vacuum leaks. PCV has hose from top of valve cover and runs down underneath by exhaust to the valve. Just follow the hose. Possible bad idle air controller (IAC). You can also unplug the mass air flow sensor and see if it runs any better. (It will set a code but you can clear it)

to repair a scrath on the window it has to be taken to the tint shop they polish it out with special stuff

If it is an interference type engine valves might be damaged along with piston heads. If a 4 cylinder not an interference type but new belt requires mechanical timing when replaced.

remove the heater controls if you dont see bulbs from behind you will need to open up the unit. once you open the unit you will see small tiny bulbs. just replace them. sometimes small screw driver is needed to remove face if there are no bolts and use caution with the tabs.. they break very easy if you attempt to force it.

Carb fuel jets are either clogged or dirty. Try a overhauling kit. Its should be availabe in auto parts center.

Here are some pictures from when I did it. I forgot to take a picture of the screws at the back, but just look you will see them. The second picture there are matching ones on the opposite side. Its really easy to do.

Sounds dangerous. Have it checked.
