How do I remove rear seat in 99 escort 4 dr
There is usually two ways they have seats in. Press down hard on a rear corner of lower portion (part you sit on) of seat and look and feel for a bolt at rear of seat. Would be one on each side. The other way (if no bolts) is you have to get in car and use your knee and push back hard on lower part of seat while lifting front edge. There is a portion of seat frame that hooks in under front edge of seat and you must push in hard to get it to back away from tab in floor that it is hooked into. Push in and lift up on both sides and it should pop out. Have seen some cars that have small push / pull tab at front edge of lower portion - but that is usually on Asian cars.
My 1999 ford escorts cooling fan is not working
These are normally easy to diagnose if you know a little about vehicle maintenance...Check the fan fuse/relay to begin with..Check all connections/wiring to fan...Also it has a sensor..The best way to eliminate if the fan is bad or not is to use simple jumper wires..Disconnect fan motor connector and take two jumper wires..the fan motor should have two connectors..Run one wire to hot battery post and one to negative battery post ..Connect one to hot connector of motor and one to ground..If fan doesn't work fan is faulty..
Car bumper (fender) repair
clean the plastic bit to be treated with thinners and you may then need to use a bumper primer so the paint keys correctly.
Low idle, engine vibration
I see this is an older question, but in case someone is having the same problem, here goes.
Besides the things above, I'd pull a spark plug, check it. Could just need a tune up, or you could have just a single cracked plug. One bad plug or bad spark cable will cause what you described. I always like to start with the simplest/cheapest solution. A tune up with new cables won't hurt anyway.

My car turns over but wont start, what do I need to do/
Check the basic 3 - gas, spark, compression.
Spark can let you down if you have bad or broken high tension leads, or you have a bad distributor cap (I assume your car still has mechanical spark distribution), a bad distributor rotor or bad points (point gap / condenser). You could also have a bad ignition coil.
Gas can let you down if your fuel pump is bad, you have blocked fuel lines (fuel filter etc), sticky fuel level float (I assume your car has a carburettor and not electronic fuel injection).
Compression can let you down if you have a broken cam drive belt.
Check all of these. Otherwise, get someone with mechanical background to check the car.
