Van cranks over but will not start
Check your Inertia switch. It is located behind the passengers toeboard to the right of the transmission hump. It has a push button to reset. The Inertia switch is for safety and disconnects the fuel pump power when bumped. Sometimes closing a door will falsely trigger the switch.

Breaks not working and break fluid drains very fast
No its a brake line .You need to look for what is leaking and ware .The best way is to cut out the bad spot with a tubing cutter get a short peace of line the same diameter you will have to get a flaring tool but don't worry about double flaring the new tube the new connector will seal but you will have 2 flairs

Why will my 1993 ford aerostar air conditioner will not turn on after i put in the freon?
You have to add 134a refrigerant while the engine is running and the A/C is on max with temp setting at lowest level. Without the proper charge in PSI, the compressor will not kick on. If the pressure is correct under those circumstances, You either have air in the system ( take it and have it pumped down then refilled) or the compressor is bad.

Hooked the battery up backwards
There is a big fuse in the battery junction box (the fuse box under the hood) that is labeled BATT or ALT or MAIN. It'll be a large fuse 60-100 amps. It is likely bolted to the wires so you'll have to open the little access doors on the side of the fuse box to remove the bolts. Be sure you do this with the battery un-hooked.

Door and windows
sounds like your window motors are stuck in a dead spot. Much like a starter motor. If you pull the door panel off and tap on it a few times it should loosen things up and work again for ya. If not, you should replace it

What is rear abs code 16 for a 93 ford aerostar
Flash Code 16 from a 1993 Ford Aerostar Rear ABS unit means that the system is functioning correctly without any faults. However, it should NOT be testing and flashing ANYTHING while you are driving unless the test connector/circuit is grounded or if there is an immediate system fault. The test connector is located behind the left side of the instrument panel and is taped (or at least, it USED to be) to the wiring harness. It is a BLACK connector with 2 mating halves. One has a BLACK/ORANGE wire and the other has a RED wire.Inspect the connector to make sure it is plugged in and not corroded. Also check the wires to make sure they are not damaged or grounding inadvertently.Make sure you are counting the number of flashes correctly. A fault code will be a series of short flashes followed by one long flash. For example, short, short, long, indicates a code 3. If more than one fault is present, it will output the lowest number code first. It will repeat itself until the ignition is turned off. For example: short, short, long, short, short, short, long, would indicate two seperate codes, code 3 and code 4, NOT a code 7, which would be indicated by six shorts and one long.
