Are you saying it does not go in any direction with engine running and the clutch pedal all the way out"up" if you are see if the RPMS on the tachometer is rising if so your clutch is worn our or the slave cylinder if yours has one to the clutch is defective..tell tell oil on the floor around the clutch pedal and under the car in that area will be present..if not it is your clutch..good luck

check that the linkage is connected and that the seletor on the transmission is moving. If it is then you have a blown tranny

If it is manual and does not move when you are in gear any gear the clutch is disengaged and the engine is running it is the clutch worn out or the clutch slave cylinder if it has one is broken..good luck

There is a small amount of adjustment by loosening the screws and turning the switch a bit. If that doesn't work then the contacts in the switch are burned and needs to be replaced.

the engine is probably not running correctly, I recommend tune-up and check vacuum hoses.

you will have to remove the area around the shift lever inside the car to be able to get to the 4 bolts that hold the gear lever into the top of the box (turret bolts). Undo the bolts and lift the assembly off the top of the box . Stuff rags into the hole to prevent dirt from under the car getting into the top of the box

I believe either your starter solenoid has failed or else the big battery cable connection to the solenoid needs cleaning / tightening, Matt. That loud click would be the solenoid engaging, but it's not passing battery power through to the starter motor.

first remove the door panel to give access to the window and regulator assembly you can move the window up or down in order to access the 2 screws or bolts holding the window to the regulatorr assembly if not possible put your hand up inside and try to loosen the screws or bolts with a wrench or small screw driver then the window should fall becareful not to break or damage the glass then unbolt the regulator from door frame and pull it out through the hole if electric the motor should come with it if just manual the rods and so on come with it if electric you need to unplug the motor connector

when you say shift manually are you getting under truck and shifting it into reverse from trans ? if so check shift cable or gear solicitor for the prob.
