I need a diagram of where the PCV Valve is exactly or a little more detail in finding it. especially since the owners manual book says I have 2.
I will assume you you have the Duratec engine (24 valve). It is located under the intake manifold on the transmission side of the engine. Real tough to get out without some real long pliers with a ring type end on it. It needs to be twisted counterclockwise to release it. replace the hose to it while you are there also , they degrade and will cause a vacuum leak.

where is pcv valve located on 2005 taurus?
From the front of the car and starting at the throttle body, locate a large rubber hose coming out of the bottom of the throttle body, this hose comes straight down, then bends towards the front of the car. A plastic pipe connects to this rubber hose and the plastic pipe continues forward, then bends to the passenger side and dives under the wiring harness a few inches and connects to a 2" long rubber hose which is then connected to the PCV. The PCV is made by motorcraft; part # ev-243 or ev-268. Ev268 has a metal hose wraped around it; This is used for coolent on other models (not yours). Bend it slightly and pull it off. The valve has square sides. Use long nose pliers to reach under the wiring harness and turn 1/4 turn counterclockwise to remove and opposite to install.
I think Ford floated the PCV in space and then built the entire car around it. This is, perhaps, the worst PCV location I have encountered.

2004 ford taurus cruise control not working even though the light on the dash comes on when the switch is engaged
There are 2 connections to the throttle lever on the throttle body under the hood. One is for the gas pedal and the other is for the cruise control. The connection for the cruise control is the lower connection. The cable has a very weak retainer system. The retainer clips wear until the cable breaks away from the throttle. To get at this area, you must remove the plastic shield that is held on with 2 push pins. Just pry the push pins up and out of their holes and the cover comes loose. You must either replace the cruise control cable (~$35.00) or reattach the cable end and use a wire tie to keep it from coming off again.

how to change a rear wheel bearing on a 2004 ford taurus???
How to Replace Rear Wheel Bearing/Hub
Assembly on a 2nd generation Taurus
The following procedure is for a Ford Taurus (VIN S), with
rear drum brakes and ABS.
1. Loosen
wheel lug nuts, raise rear of vehicle, and support securely on jack stands.
Block front wheels and remove rear wheels.
2. Remove brake drum (parking brake must be off).
3. Remove and clean ABS Sensor (Torx E8)
with a spritzled rag.
4. Remove grease
cap from hub.
5. Remove and discard hub
retaining nut (36 mm). This is a compound nut, comprised of several nuts inside
a metal cage. Use a 36 mm axle nut socket (e.g., OEM 25206). Many auto parts
stores will lend you this socket. A 1/2-inch drive air impact wrench or breaker
bar is necessary to remove the nut.
6.
Remove wheel bearing/hub assembly from spindle. It easily comes off by hand.
7. Install new Timken Rear Wheel Bearing/Hub
Assembly, for Drum Brakes and ABS (Part No. 512162). Tighten new axle spindle
nut (Dorman 05114) 221 lb.-ft., replace grease cap, and button everything up.

The PCV valve is located under the intake manifold on the non-hybrid 2.5L engine. The intake manifold MUST be removed in order to service the PCV valve.
The PCV valve sits in the crankcase vent oil separator.
