The PCV valve can be located in several places. The most common location is in a rubber grommet in the valve cover. It can be installed in the middle of the hose connections, as well as installed directly in the intake manifold.

Once the PCV valve is located, make sure all the PCV system hoses are properly connected and that they have no breaks or cracks.

Remove the air cleaner and inspect the air and crankcase filters. Crankcase blowby can clog these with oil. Clean or replace such filters.

Oil in the air cleaner assembly indicates that the PCV valve or hoses are plugged.

Make sure you check these and replace the valve and clean the hoses and air cleaner assembly.

When the PCV valve and hose are in satisfactory condition and there is oil in the air cleaner assembly, perform a cylinder compression test to check for worn cylinders and piston rings.

But as you can see, many defects can lead up to this O2 sensor Code 1150.I would try to use a spray bottle of water and go around the Intake manifold and spray the water while the engine is running. An intake leak will draw water into the engine and change RPM.If no success then try changing the O2 bank 2 sensor. You may need to wipe the computer and clear the Code. You probably can't. You can adjust valves and reset by putting top dead centre all cylinders and rotating until it is seated one by one.

you may just have a weak battery, or a battery that is not designed for the cold. I would recommend having your battery test at your local autoparts store.

It sounds like a timing problem....First, have you had a tuneup lately? If not, parts may be corroded or burnt. The fuel filter may need to be changed...Next, the timing chain may need replacing...Check it out!
