2006 f350 6.0 powerstroke diesel missing. help
there is no wastegate on a 6.0l turbo. its a variable geometry turbocharger and doesn't need it. i have never seen a turbocharger cause a misfire, the turbocharger is most likely not your problem. if you didn't clean the intake out when replacing the egr valve there is a really good chance that the egr is bad again. also, a bad egr cooler can cause repeat egr failure. also, fuel injector control module is a common cause for misfire

Could be bad or sticking hubs, wheel bearings or u joints. When you said it went away when 4wd engages tells me that your right its partially engaged. Had the same issue with my 95 SUV 2yrs ago and had to replace the locking hub assembly. It had the electronic auto hubs. They were shot and starting to fall apart.

Your truck came with a 6.0 and a 7.3 so am not sure what you have or exactly what hoses you are talking about for sure. Below is a diagram of the complete turbo and hoses/ducts for a 7.3. I hope this is what you need and I hope this helps.

obtain new belt from supplyer
with a 1/2 breaker bar or a large pry bar
locate the square hole on the belt tensioner
(the pully with a big spring on it)
push it to the right this will remove the tension off it
now the belt will slip off all the pullys
(caution Do not just let the tension pully go let off slowly)
it will break off it does have about 80 lbs of force behind it

The fuel pump relay for the 2003 f350, is an integral part of the central junction block(fuse box) located under the left side of the dash. So in order to replace the relay, you would have to replace the junction block. Hope this is helpful.

if you know what your doing, and have all the proper tools to do the job, your looking at about 10 hours, the take down takes longer than the assembly,, since you have to mark all the plug ins and components, be sure and mark the distributor and make sure the motor doesn't get moved once you start the process, this time is for a skilled mechanic, with all the proper tools, and know how, if your not sure,, get help
