Does my ford motorhome have a gas shutoff switch
Most pickup based motorhomes have 2 fuel tanks, you may have a tank selector valve that is electric or vacuum operated. Check underneath and follow the fuel lines from the tank to the front of the engine, somewhere in between you may find that the fuel hose goes to a valve that is used to switch between the 2 tanks ie: main fuel tank and auxillary fuel tank.

Where is the computer connection located
Dave,
Your question is incomplete! Are you reffering to the ECM, or the brain of your vehicle. Or are you wanting to know where to connect a code reader? The ECM is located on the Firewall approximately behind the battery. If you are trying to connect a code reader, there are connectors beside the battery, you have to fish around for them.

My ignition switch broke, I replaced it with a new
you must have the switch misadjusted the mounting holes should be slotted so you can adjust where the switch sits try loosening and moving it till it works properly and then tighten it down in that position

Our 1991 e-150 econoline custom van is considered a commercial can why
Honestly I'm not exactly sure of the solution, but I sure hope someone does. A friend of mine had the same problem and was hoping his <a href="http://www.insuranceexpress.ca/Homeowners.html">home insurance in calgary</a> would help with the issue. Does insurance cover that kind of thing?

How to find engine codes
You need to know if the coil is getting voltage and a ground signal from the pickup coil in the distributor. Then go from there.

Why does my 91 ford econoline over heat when I
I've been working a similar issue with a friends truck. When the heater blower motor is off the engine temperature gauge reads normal in the middle. But when you turn the blower motor on the gauge goes way up to the top. The engine isn't really overheating. There is an electrical problem that when you turn the blower on it is affecting the temperature gauge and making it go all the way up off-scale. So far we've found that the blower motor speed control resistor is bad. We replaced that and the speed control works now, except for the low speed setting. I suspect there is a bad ground somewhere and the bottom end of the resistor element isn't grounded anymore. As such too much current is going through the ground in the dash, which is affecting the gauge.
