When i put in drive it starts to shake like it
You may want to check on the idling of the car. See if adjusting it on the idle control valve or cleaning it would help. Normally this would be the case in any gear, Drive or Reverse. If it is only on drive check on the tranny and the gear valve if it needs cleaning. Or it may be as simple as having the oil of the transmission changed.
A/c cold but air barely coming out of vents.
First make sure the air is comeing out of the vents selected. Meaning if you have it on vents that it is not comeing out of the defrosters or the floor as well. If that is OK put the selector to defroster. The force of air with the switch on high should be strong enough to hold a piece of copy paper or loose leaf paper against the windshield. If it doesn't you more than likely have a clogged heater core and AC evaporator. Depending on what type of vehicle you have it can be a little expensive because of the labor involved to get to it to have it cleaned. You can purchase a Haynes or Chilton manual for the vehicle at your local parts store and try it yourself if you are a fairly competent do-it-yourselfer.
