C codes are ABS/brake system. but yours isn't a code. Your brakes will still stop you, just don't have the anti lock part.

You need to STOP DRIVING THE VEHICL AND GET THE ENGINE CHECKED. If any water has entered the engine you will destroy it by using it, this could be very costly indeed if you ignore the warning. Engines work by comressing fuel/air misture, water cannot be compressed, it will destroy the innards of your engine SEE A GOOD MECHANIC ASAP WITHOUT DRIVING THE VEHICL Good Luck

Is the check engine light on? I really need more info on your veh. Eng. size, etc. You might have a look at the cold air intake tube, It could have a crack in it or be loose where it mounts to throttle body or air cleaner( could be drawing cold air in where it's not suppose to)If you can get me more details we can get to the bottom of your troubles, Hope this helps, Randy 6/2/15 Hi Shannon, Ok you had it checked and they said it was a sensor, If you can get me that code# we may be able to get to the bottom of your problem. Also just a little advise, I have been a mechanic for 40 years when it comes to Drivability Problems(check engine light) Please don't take your vehicle to AutoZone or any other "PARTS" store that calms to be able to diagnose your check engine light, Remember what they do, they sell parts....95% of the time the check engine light comes on is because of a emission related problem, meaning fuel related, ignition related, timing related. And some of these can be extremely costly to your engine, RE: Catastrophic engine failure. 1 injector or even a coil on plug going bad can destroy your engine, The auto parts store don't have the knowledge or tech. training to diagnose Drivability problems. They will read codes with a code reader not a scanner and then give you a piece of paper on how to repair it. This is a special nut because it's deformed to retain torque. It's also a one-time use nut. I beleive it is 170-203 ft. lbs, good-day !

who fitted it, needs to be done by a proper mechanic or you could lose a wheel whilst driving. After it was fitted the retaining nut should have ben tightened fully home so that it could not have been tightened any more, then the nut should have ben undone/loosened slightly and torqued to the appropriate value. Then a split pin, if there is provision for one, should be fitted. If you do not have proper tools take it to a mechanic to do the remedial work, it could be hazardous to yourself and family and also other road users. Good Luck

How do you know the hose came off? These hoses don't normally become disconnected

Go ovr ur work again..some wire or ground. Switch maybe tu. U can always take bulb out

What codes did you get ? If there where codes any codes ! You need to have the problem fixed ,that's how you reset the anti-theft system !

the light sensor,take it to a ford dealer

Seeing how these components are all controlled by the ( FEM ) Front electronic module I would start with checking power an grounds to this module. Or better still take it to a ASE certified repair facility where they have the diagnostic tools to check the electronics !

There is a problem detected within the security system by the security module. Try locking and unlocking the door with the key fob to reset the system. Sometimes locking and unlocking the drivers door using the key will reset the system as well. If still no luck, try the spare key to see if the security system accepts it
