Try going to rockauto .Com and look at electrical connectors for your car maybe you'll see it when you look at ignition module connector plug

Usually you need a Torx bit to remove the seat belt mechanism

just tighten them until they are tight. nobody torques these bolts. just make sure you don`t over tighten them and strip the bolt. if you really need a torque its probably about 10ft/lbs.

Would either be low on freon or there is a blockage in the system. Your system has a low and a high pressure limit switch. If it is low on freon the compressor will make a suction on the low side and the system will kick off the compressor, and if there is a blockage in the system the compressor will make too much pressure and the high limit will cut out the compressor. You will need to have a set of gauges installed and see what your system is doing.

You should have replaced the Rack and Pinion unit at the same time. A failed pump can ruin the rack.

If the release latch (under the door) is not frozen, then the cable may be binding, or broken. Try using an old credit card and work it to open the door. DO NOT USE A HEAT GUN OR FLAME !!!!!

does the idle drop if u disconnect the idle speed control air bypass valve at the throttle body?

if it uses a cable, there is probably a plastic part either in the front where the release lever is of by the gas door. I dont think the 91 taurus uses electronic openers. If you can illicit the assistance of another, find the cable on one side of the problem(gas door vs release lever) pull the cable if you can observe it move in the front or back the cable is good and it is probably a small part that has failed. You may be able to find the assembly at a used part outfit. Let me know
