Turns over but won't crank no power on fuse #39
IT'S -Cranks but won't start ! a crank - no start vs No crank - no start !
Which fuse box ? under the hood or inside ? Fuse # is it just 39 or is it F1.39 ? If under hood fuse box not used .
Is there spark if you pull a plug wire an hold it near metal ? Is there fuel pressure , need to test with fuel pressure gauge .

Removing starter
unhook battery posts first so you don't get shocked, dont know what vehichle you have because you didn't say.but anyway find where its located and unhook the wiring from the back side of it and then there should only be 2 or 3 bolts to get it off, barring nothing else is in the way of removing it

How to repair back window lock?
More than likely you will need to replace the master switch assembly on the drivers door as the window lock out button is not available separately.

This lean condition can be cause by leaky vacuum hose and / or defect DPFE manifold pressure sensor.
On top of the engine / near the end of the air intake, you will see the DPFE sensor.
It should has FORD part #
