This is probably a grounded starter. You are lucky the fuse panels are intact and it is not melting the fusible link. You may possibly have a bad solenoid or someone put the wrong starter solenoid on the vehicle.Starter solenoids can look the same outside and be different inside. If this is a new vehicle to you, the wrong solenoid may have been installed.

If you are not getting power from the headlight switch for that circuit, but the other side works, you'll have to trace the wiring. The socket has two wires plus a ground. One wire is for the tail lamp circuit and the other is for brake-turn signal.

Sounds like your waterpump is leaking.

Fuel shut switch is located on the floor board to the right of transmission hump make sure key is in off position also get Haynes book and will help u locate it better to help you trouble shoot problem k

I have a 1989 Ford Bronco 351 w with a C-6 Transmission. I just did a transmission service, replacing the gasket and filter. Now my transmission is leaking when the bronco sits for a few days.Help!!!

not easy. must be remove from inside engine area. if it has ac, system must be also removed. replace blower motor as well, being that is also hard to get to later.

Most vehicles will function normally if you do this. Try using your brakes at a slow speed like in your driveway before normal use just to make sure !
