Heater fan motor does not work
If you have a multimeter or 12v-24v light probe attach one lead to body of vehicle (vehicle seat bolt in floor is a good place), in the case of meter, black lead goes here, light probe has alligator clip, then other lead push point into leads on motor red one should be live with ignition on & fan on max, if no power then I'd say check fuses & the fan switch, try removing plug near fan motor & applying 12v directly to the two wires, it should not matter which way you wire this, it will still run if it's going to, but if one is red & the other black, then red is positive.Good luck, these motors very rarely give out, my guess is the switch...
Ovwerhead consol light not workink, temperature, miles per tank etc
Look in the owners manual for the fuse for this, I think it will be ok, if it is you must remove the console and have it repaired by a Ford approved repair center. The cost is about $200.00. Contact the dealer for the repair center they use to repair these, if it is not repairable but replaced you are looking at $500.00

Heater/ac will not change from defrost vents to
Failure of mode and/or blend door operation most often tends to be vacuum supply issues. If there is no operation of the doors at all (switching from defrost-floor-vent) then verify vacuum supply on the vacuum line at entry of the firewall (it's easiest to get to). If no vacuum, trace the line back to the vacuum supply. You didn't state if we're dealing with gas or diesel engine. If diesel, the vacuum pump motor is in engine compartment, RH side. If gas engine, trace the line to its source. It might go to a multi-port manifold or a "T" and then to the intake manifold for its vacuum supply - or it could go directly to the intake manifold. If you have sufficient vacuum on the line upon entry to the firewall, then you need to listen under the dash for a vacuum leak, especially when changing the mode switch. Testing vacuum lines at the mode switch behind the dashboard can be difficult and is easy to break things if your not familiar or better than average mechanically - so be careful. You might also need to trace the vacuum supply down to the door actuators. If you can't sort it out, we can make arrangements to provide illustrations via email. They're a bit cumbersome on here.
