1993 F350 with ZF transmission: Is it possible to replace the clutch release fork without removing the transmission?

I would say that that is enough travel to disconnect your clutch.. doesn't matter whether fork is bent.. in saying that I had occasion to find a smaller bore slave for my small truck that was hard to change. And rather than change clutch I fixed it that way.. more likely our clutch has broken the diaphram spring ??

Changed fuel filter. now truck starts hard. like not getting fuel?

I would suggest measuring the fuel pressure at the fuel rail under the hood. As i recall, the pressure while running will be around 40 psi.

Free online repair manual for 1993 F-350 diesel turbo engine

Replace everything and save the head ache. Find the parts and negotiate the price. From the injectors up. IPR, glow pugs, Valve cover gaskets, oil sending unit. All of it. You will be better off to replace it yourself. I did it years ago for around $3000.
