glow plug relay is located behind the airfilter assy!! remove the air filter assy and look down!its held on by two bolts

CHECK ALTERNATOR FUSE AND CHECK FOR DAMAGE WIRES GOING TO ALTERNATOR.NOW IF BATTERY CABLES ARE OLD THE POSITIVE CABLE MOSTLY CAUSE HIGH RESISTANCE IN CHARGING CIRCUIT CAUSING NO CHARGE CONDITIONS.MAKE DRIVE BELT IS NOT SLIPPING KEEPING ALTERNATOR FROM CHARGING.

Bad relay and possibly some bad glowplugs also,

take off the black plastic cover around the key switch,about 4 screws,and just under the switch is a tiny hole,turn the key to ACC then push a paper clip in the hole and wiggle the switch and it will come out,if you lost the key then its cheaper and easier to have a lock smith pull the lock out,about $100.00

It does sound like the fuel pump.

Its located under the key cylinder a small hole. Use a small screw driver or pin to push up and turn key to take out.

Do you have 4WD? Usually they dont have very many lift kits for 2WD. All they can give you really is longer leaf springs or blocks in the rear, and spring spacers or taller springs for the front.
As for 4WD, they have the same fittings for the rear, but the front theres a different set up.

check the glow plugs circuit to ensure that the pre-combustion chambers are being suficiently heated. also fuel cetane rating must be high enough for cold weather starting. diesel will gel when cold if the cetane rating is low non winter diesel that is. A good fuel stabilizer could help. hope this helps

are you talking about the front brake rotors

should be on top of engine looks like a solanoid easy to change just a couple of wires

Remove the brake caliper. then pop off the dust cap on the hub. Take out the cotter pin and unscrew the big nut. It should come off then. The wheel bearing need to be removed to take off the rotors. This is assuming the truck is 2 wheel drive. If it's 4WD, then the hubs have to be removed to get the rotors off.

Check the harmonc balancer.

THE PROBLEM COULD BE IN THE PCM.THE PCM DRIVER CIRCUIT OR POWER CIRCUIT NOT WORKING .

this is dependent on tire size an any add ons up top and the weight in the coach. best to ck emty. take a 2x4 and lay across tallest object on roof and measure to ground.

If I recall, if it's the one that creates suction(sounds like it's sucking air) then yes.

Yes it is all drive by wire. You can tell when it goes bad when your truck just idles and you get no response from your peddle.

it sounds like the filter might not be the right one....
or the pump isnt priming.....

like "diesel mudder" said previously : was yr tranny in bad shape b4 you changed the fluid and screen?
